Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order has shipped.

Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during high-volume periods or holidays.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and the service selected.

European Union (selected countries only)

Shipping Carriers

All orders are shipped through Chit Chats, which then hands off your package to:

Canada Post (Canadian destinations)

USPS or Asendia (United States destinations)

This allows us to offer reliable and affordable shipping rates.


Estimated Delivery Times

Canada

Standard shipping: 2–7 business days

Rural or remote areas may take longer.

United States

Standard shipping: 4–10 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your state and your local USPS processing times.

Please note these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery windows.


Customs, Duties & Taxes (U.S. Orders)

For U.S. customers, customs duties and import fees are already included in your shipping cost.
You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.


Tracking Your Order

All shipments include tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your package is on its way.

Tracking may take up to 24–48 hours to update after the initial scan.


Shipping Address Errors

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
Feel and Heal is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately at info@feelandheal.com. We will do our best to correct it before your package ships, but we cannot make changes once an order has been processed.


Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as Delivered by the carrier, it is considered successfully delivered.

If your package is lost, delayed, or appears to be stuck in transit:

1. Verify the address on your order confirmation

2. Check with neighbours or your building’s mail room

3. Contact your local postal service with your tracking number

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@feelandheal.com

with:

- Your order number

- A photo of the damaged product

- A photo of the packaging

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
