We want you to feel confident with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition that you received it
  • Be unused, with no visible signs of wear on the therapy balls
  • Have the book in resellable condition (no writing, stains, or torn pages)
  • Be returned in the original packaging, with all components of the kit included
  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase

 For security and privacy reasons, the return address will be provided once your return request is approved.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if:

  • the item is defective or damaged, or
  • you received the wrong item

so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In the case of damaged or incorrect items, we will usually cover the cost of return shipping or offer a replacement, as appropriate.


Non-returnable items

For hygienic and quality-control reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Kits where the therapy balls show signs of use
  • Items that are not in their original condition or are damaged for reasons not due to our error
  • Gift cards

Sale items may be final sale unless otherwise indicated at the time of purchase.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, the fastest way is to:

  1. Contact us at info@feelandheal.com to request a return,
  1. Return the item once your request is approved, then
  2. Place a new order for the item you prefer.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know if your refund is approved.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
