What’s included in the Feel and Heal Starter Kit?
Your Starter Kit includes two premium therapy balls specifically designed for myofascial release, a soft cotton storage bag, and a beautifully illustrated self-treatment book based on the John F. Barnes Myofascial Release approach.
What is fascia?
Fascia is a continuous web of connective tissue that surrounds and supports every muscle, bone, organ, nerve, and blood vessel in your body.
It responds to stress, posture, injuries, and tension. When it becomes tight or restricted, it can contribute to pain, stiffness, and limited mobility.
Working with fascia gently helps the body let go of accumulated tension and restore natural movement.
What is the John F. Barnes’ approach to myofascial release?
The John F. Barnes method is a gentle, hands-on approach that uses sustained, comfortable pressure to allow the fascial system to soften and release on its own.
Unlike forceful stretching or rolling, it works slowly, respecting the body's protective responses. This creates deeper, lasting changes and helps reduce chronic tension and pain.
What is the difference between a myofascial release therapy ball and a regular massage ball?
The therapy ball is not a massage ball, and we won’t teach you to roll on it.
Instead, you’ll use the weight of your body to apply gentle, sustained pressure to one area and wait for the fascia to soften and release.
This slow, melting approach is far more effective for lasting relief than traditional rolling.
Is this method safe if I have chronic pain or an old injury?
Yes. The method is gentle and adaptable. You work at your own pace and within your comfort level. If you have a medical condition or recent surgery, consulting your healthcare professional is recommended.
Who wrote the book?
Your Myofascial Self-Care Guide to Chronic Pain Relief was written by Gabrielle Provost, RMT — an expert-level John F. Barnes Myofascial Release therapist based in Montreal, Canada. She created this guide to help her clients, and anyone living with chronic pain, learn how to develop a safe, effective self-treatment practice.
How to Use

How often can I use the therapy balls?
You can use them daily or a few times per week: whatever feels good for your body. Most people start with 5–10 minutes per session and gradually increase.
How long will it take to feel relief?
Some people feel a difference right away, while others notice changes after a few sessions.
The book provides insights to help make your self-treatment practice more efficient and more effective.
Does the book include step-by-step guidance?
Yes. The book includes clear illustrations and simple step-by-step instructions to help you get started and deepen your practice.
Can beginners use this method without experience?
Absolutely. Anyone can start, even if they’ve never received myofascial release treatment before.
The book is designed to be helpful for complete beginners while also offering valuable guidance for more advanced users who want to deepen their practice.
Do I roll on the ball like a massage ball?
No. This method is different.
You won’t roll on the balls. Instead, you’ll use sustained pressure and let your body weight sink gently into one area.
This allows the fascia to release and creates deeper, longer-lasting results than rolling or forceful massage techniques.

Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from Canada.
Do you ship to the United States?
Yes. We ship regularly to the U.S., and all parcels include tracking so you can follow your order every step of the way.
Will I have to pay customs fees when ordering from the United States?
No. All U.S. orders ship with customs fees included in the shipping cost.
You won’t be charged any additional duties, taxes, or handling fees when your package arrives.
The price you see at checkout is the final price.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times may vary depending on your location, holidays, and customs processing, but here are the usual timelines:
- Canada: 3–8 business days
- United States: 5–12 business days
Remote areas may require a little extra time.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Once your package ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.
Do you offer international shipping?
We currently ship within Canada and the United States. Additional regions will be added soon.
What happens if my package is lost or delayed?
If your tracking hasn’t updated for several days or your package appears lost, send us a message with your order number.
We’ll contact the carrier on your behalf and help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

What is your return policy?
If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will replace it or offer a solution.
To be eligible, items must be unused and in their original condition.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can adjust or cancel it for you.
Send us a message as soon as possible with your order number.
My order arrived incomplete or damaged. What should I do?
Please email us with your order number and a photo of the issue.
We’ll take care of it quickly and make sure you receive what you ordered.
I entered the wrong shipping address. Can I fix it?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can update the address for you.
Once it’s in transit, address changes are no longer possible.
Do you offer wholesale pricing for studios, clinics, or retailers?
Yes. If you own a yoga studio, clinic, or wellness space and would like to carry the Feel and Heal Starter Kit, contact us for wholesale information.

Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Your payment is encrypted and processed through Shopify’s secure checkout system.
We never see or store your credit card information.
Do you accept PayPal?
