We want you to be completely satisfied with your Feel and Heal purchase. If there is an issue with your order, we’re here to help.

Return Policy
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will review your request and offer a replacement or another appropriate solution. For hygiene reasons, used therapy balls cannot be returned or exchanged.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

How to Request a Return
To start a return or exchange, email us at info@feelandheal.com with your order number and a description of the issue. If your item is damaged or defective, please attach a photo so we can assist you more quickly. Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed.

Refunds
Refunds are issued only for approved, unused items returned in their original condition. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.
If a return is approved due to damage or a mistake, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

Exchanges
If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will replace it at no additional cost once the issue is confirmed.
If an exchange is requested for any other reason, the item must be unused and in its original condition.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship the package once the correct information is provided. A reshipping fee may apply.

Lost or Stolen Packages
If the carrier marks your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact us. We will help investigate the situation, but replacements for stolen packages are handled case by case.
