We currently ship within:
• Canada
• United States

Shipping Times
Shipping times may vary depending on your location, carriers, holidays, and customs processing. Typical delivery windows are:
• Canada: 3–8 business days
• United States: 5–12 business days
Remote areas may take a little longer.

Tracking Information
Every order includes tracking. You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your package ships, so you can follow its journey at any time.

Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size and weight of your order. We keep our rates as low as possible while ensuring safe, reliable delivery.

Customs, Duties and Import Fees (United States)
U.S. customers do not have to pay additional customs fees. All duties and import charges are included in the shipping cost shown at checkout. There will be no surprise fees on delivery.

Delays or Issues with Delivery
If your tracking hasn’t updated for several days or your package seems delayed, contact us with your order number and we will look into it right away. We work directly with the carrier to resolve delivery issues as quickly as possible.

Lost Packages
If your package is marked as lost by the carrier, we will replace your order at no additional cost. If tracking shows the package as delivered but you cannot locate it, let us know and we will help investigate.

Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it once the correct information is provided. A reshipping fee may apply.
